Phylis K. Barker

Passed away April 8, 2018 at the age of 68. Beloved mother of Corey. Dear grandmother of Shawn Mozden. Caring sister of Marie (Dennis) Leonardson. Significant other of Kurt Wagner. Best friend of Mona Locke. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, from 5 PM – 7 PM, at the funeral home. Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Duluth, MN.

Phylis was a 20 year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department and a very selfless person who was known to always help someone in need. Phylis was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
