Vugrich

Vugrich, Philip J. “Phil”
April 19, 2013 at 54 years young. Loving husband of Jennifer L. (nee Seegert) for over 16 years. Caring father of Cal Robin, Greg Chipper, and Philip Peter. Beloved son of the late Philip V. and Evelyn M. Dear son-in-law of Jackie “Ma” Seegert. Special friend of Tommy, Lisa, Kelly, and John. Also survived by many other friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 23, from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.

Phil loved baseball, bowling, and hockey. He was a proud Admirals fan and the only Falcons fan in Wisconsin. Phil enjoyed 70’s music, especially listening to Chicago. Phil and Jennifer also loved spending time together in Door County. Phil was a very devoted husband and friend and a wonderfully generous father.

“Phil will be deeply missed and always loved.”

We met Phil and Jennifer through our son, Matthew, who became friends with their son, Cal.
He was someone our son Matthew could look up to. He took Matthew to a baseball game, and met one of the players afterwards, and even came home with an autographed ball! He also took Matthew to a gen-con convention in Chicago. And just hanging out at their house was an adventure.

He always seemed pleasant and happy, even if he wasn’t feeling 100%. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. I thank you for always treating my son as one of your own.

He was for a time my very best friend, he was on my bowling team when we won 2 State Bowling Championships and took 2nd place in the City Classic Bowling Tournament the same year. He was one of a kind, we lost touch with each other as I was unable to bowl any more due to an injury. I will miss his great nature and his charismatic personality. I feel very sorry our paths will cross no more. He was a great guy and friend ! Brian Zelinski
