Peter J. Lentz went to his heavenly home surrounded by family on March 17th, 2022. Peter was born on March 18th, 1955, in Waukesha, WI to Carl and Eileen Lentz. He graduated from Muskego High School in 1973. While he was in high school, he worked for a landscaping company and Reynolds Machine Shop. After graduating he attended WCTC for Machine Repair. He worked for WI Industrial Machine Service and then Briggs and Stratton for 30 years. He was able to work his dream job at Harley-Davidson for 5 years before his Parkinson’s forced him to retire. On September 11, 1976, he was united in marriage to Cheryl Osborn at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego. They were High School sweethearts. Peter was a loving husband and father. He loved spending time with his family. His passions were riding his bike, fishing, hunting, listening to music, watching church services and his many dogs. He aways looked forward to working out with Mary and his Parkinson’s friends. He enjoyed the company of his two special caretakers Bill and Jasmine.

He is survived by his children, Carl (Christine) Lentz of Harford and Travis (Tami) Lentz of New Belin. His also survived by 9 grandchildren, Carter (Kendal) Lentz of Arkansas, Parker, Elliana, Alex, Micah, Halina, Cristiano, and Isaac Lentz of Hartford.

He is further survived by his sister Mary (Randy) Stys of Eagle River, sister-in-law Jewell Schmoldt of Burlington, Marlene (James) Kowalkowski of Muskego and Warren A. Osborn of Big Bend. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his mother and father-in-law Warren and Annie Osborn, brother-in-law Louie Osborn, sisters in law Mary Tindell and Dawn Osborn.

A memorial gathering will be held Friday, March 25th at ST. PAULS’ LUTHERN CHRUCH, S66 W14325 W. Janesville Road, Muskego from 3-4:30pm with a memorial service at 4:30pm.
