Patricia Scardina

Born to Eternal Life March 6, 2014, age 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore. Loving mother of Brian (Jill) Helf, John Scardina, Sandra Peterson, Paul Scardina, the late Diane Haynes, and the late Steven Helf. Cherished grandmother of John Jr., Ian, Sara, Katie, Melissa, Katie, Amy, Sandy, Michael, and the late Paul. Proud great-grandmother of Oliver and Cooper. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Suminski / Weiss Funeral Home, 1901 N. Farwell Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53202 Thurs. March 13, 2014 from 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Services at 7:00 PM. Entombment Arlington Park Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Mateo and the Staff at The Jewish Home and Care Center for their kind and compassionate care.

My memories of Pat go back more than 30 years. She always made me feel like more than a daughter in law. She helped me in so many ways when our son John was born. She lived next door in our apt building and helped us take care of him. Such a sweet natured and talented woman. I learned so much about cooking from her. She inspired my passion for good homecooked creations. Celebrations and holidays would not have been so wonderful wthout her. I admired her graceful and kind spirit and will miss her. She really loved her family and that was important in her life. Thank you Pat for being like a “mom” to me. May you rest now until we meet again.
