Patricia Jensen

Patricia Jensen passed away on July 17, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and cherished memories.

Patricia was reunited in eternal peace with her beloved husband, Leroy, who preceded her in death. She was the devoted and loving mother of Jeffrey A. (Diane), James (Christine), and Steve (Ellen) Jensen; the cherished grandmother of Rachel (Douglas) Copher, Levi (Cristina), Roy, Matthew (Cindy), Benjamin, and Samantha Jensen; and the proud great-grandmother of Jack, Maddy, Andrew, Nodin, Adrion, Saya, and Dexter. She is further survived by other relatives and dear friends.

Thirty years ago, Patricia made the loving decision to move to Phoenix, Arizona, to care for her mother, a reflection of her generous heart and steadfast devotion to family. Phoenix became her home for many years, a place where she built a life filled with quiet beauty and meaningful moments. After her mother passed away, she chose to remain in Arizona. Time finally caught up with Patricia and 2 ½ years ago she and her family made the decision to returned to Oak Creek, where she was once again close to the family who meant so much to her.

Patricia found joy in the simple and lovely things of life. She enjoyed painting, reading magazines, and collecting Bradford Exchange sets, each interest reflecting her appreciation for beauty, creativity, and treasured keepsakes. She will be remembered with deep affection for her gentle spirit, her enduring love for her family, and the many memories that will remain a blessing to all who knew her.

Patricia will be laid to rest at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Forest Hill Memorial Park Chapel, 3301 E. Forest Hill Avenue – Oak Creek.
