Bongard, Norman G. “Bud”,
Went home to the Lord on Tuesday, February 10th, 2015, at the age of 87. Loving husband of Alice (nee Satre). Proud father of Gene (Barbara), Gerald (Kathy), Larry (Marcie), the late Jeffrey (Kris), Judith (Fredrick) Borchardt, and John (DD). Son of the late George and Helen (nee Komatz) Bongard. Brother of the late Sister Dorothy Bongard and Jerome (Joanne). Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday from 9:30-11AM at ST. MARTIN OF TOURS, 7933 S. 116th St., Franklin, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11AM. Private entombment.
Former employee of Koehring Co. for 41 years. Proud member of VFW Post #12100, and participated in the Honor Flight on November 1, 2014. Bud was an avid bowler and wii bowler. Special thanks to Pat Dahl, Nancy Chu, and friends and staff at Sacred Heart at Monastery Lake for all their help and support.
