Uncle of Gemina Rose Garland, Kymberly Simms, Anthony and Joshua Metz. Great Uncle of Jamie Simms. Also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation Wednesday, 9-10:30AM at ST. MATTHIAS CHURCH, S.95th and Beloit Rd. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM.Private internment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Neal’s family would like to thank everyone at St. Luke’s Hospital and the many resident physicians of St. Luke’s Family Practice for their many years of special care and everyone at Whitnall House Group Home.
