(nee Zanol) Born into Eternal Life on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Tim E. Kontos for 41 years. Loving mom of Nicole T. Kontos. Dear sister of Mark (Roberta) Zanol and Dan (Terese) Zanol. Sister-in-law of George M. (Carolyn) Kontos. Further survived by nieces, neph
ews other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Linda Zanol and by her brother Walter Zanol.
Per Miriam’s wishes she will be cremated. Please remember her in your thoughts and prayers.
A private celebration of life will be held in Pittsburgh PA sometime in the fall. Miriam’s favorite time of year! She loved the colorful trees that time of year and liked to go on drives during that time to enjoy the spectacular colors.
If so desired, memorials in her name may be made to the Wisconsin Humane Society, wihumane.org appreciated.
