Police Officer, City of Milwaukee. Age 52 years. Passed away July 25, 2018, during the performance of his duty with pride and integrity.
Preceded in death by his father John Michalski and his mother Irene Michalski (nee Wietrzychowski). Survived by his loving wife Susan, son John M. Michalski, step-sons Joshua Dubis (Jenni), and Milwaukee Police Officer Andrew Gross (Dzenita).

Also survived by his dear brother Thomas Michalski (Connie), sisters Patricia Michalski (Mark Johnson), Susanne Michalski (the late Patrick Fleming), and Debra (Patrick Connors), father-in-law retired Milwaukee Police Officer Raymond Dubis, mother-in-law Erna Dubis, brother-in-law retired Milwaukee Police Captain Michael Dubis (Vicki), sisters-in-law retired Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Karen Dubis and retired Milwaukee Police Detective Carol Starr.

Proud grandfather to Jasmina Sejfovic, Mason Gross, and Hannah and Allison Dubis. Special uncle to Milwaukee Police Dispatcher Sarah Michalski, Adam Michalski, Adam Dubis (Rand), Joseph Dubis (Jennifer), Christopher Dubis (Laura), Christine Holt (Andy), Robert Johnson (Samantha Sabroski), and Carrie Neumann (Jon Ohnesorge). Great uncle to Nicole Neumann, Jessica Neumann (fiancé Nick Wojciechowski), Matthew and Caitlin Holt, and James Dubis and Benjamin Dubis.

Further survived by other relatives, his fellow city of Milwaukee Police Department family and his many friends.

Visitation Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Creek Assembly of God, 7311 S. 13th Street, Oak Creek, until services at 3:00 p.m.

Procession to follow service to Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery at 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield.

Final service and entombment for family and close friends on the grounds of Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Community Church at 8400 W. Beloit Road, West Allis, WI 53227, or to the Michael Michalski Memorial Fund. Donations for the fund may be made at any Tri-City National Bank.

Michael will NEVER be forgotten and will live on in our hearts forever.
