(nee Wascher) God called her home on Monday, November 26th, 2018 age 93 years. Preceded in death by her husband Vernon L. Gillespie. Mother of Janet (Donald) Schnabl, Sandra Gillespie, Gail (Daniel) Elwing, Gary (Beverly) Gillespie, and Brian (Diane) Gillespie. Sister of Russell Wascher and Shirley Haferman. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held at DIVINE PEACE EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3203 S. 76th St, on Friday, December 7th, at 11AM. Visitation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Divine Peace Ev. Lutheran Church appreciated.
