March 11, 2017, age 84 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Howard Charles Pepper and Alice Graves Pepper. Dear brother of Sue Pepper Joys of Valparaiso, IN and Robert S. Pepper of Santa Fe, NM. Fond cousin of Mallory Pepper Medvane, Elizabeth Graves Engels, Susan Graves Neis, Judy Graves Nodolski, and the late Mary Ellen Graves Thomas. Marshall is also survived by Brenda and Patrick Schoenike and their children Ian and Jill, who were his family by choice, and dear friends Norm Lonjo, Betty Luciano, and Dennis Barthenheir as well as his All Saints family.

Marshall was a graduate of Whitefish Bay High School and Lawrence University in Appleton. He was a pilot during his service in the Air Force. He worked at Hillside Transit and then A.O. Smith Company, from which he retired. A long-time member of All Saints, he served as the co-chair for All Saints Hunger Book Sale for many years. He also volunteered at The Gathering and at Our Next Generation.

Family and friends will gather at The Cathedral Church of All Saints, 818 E. Juneau Ave. on Sat. March 18, 2017 from 9:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 10:30 AM. Inurnment will take place in the Church Columbarium.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to All Saints Organ Fund or the Pepper Family Scholarship at Lawrence University.
