Auntie Mar was the best aunt, Godmother and second mother a girl could ever have. I have been blessed growing up and being so close to this wonderful, kind, tender, helpful, loving woman. I always felt like I was such a lucky person to have her and uncle and the boys so close growing up and to this day.she will be terribly missed by me and all,but no more suffering she is now with God and i also like to think she is probaly baking something great for all in heaven. I love u Aunt Mar.

Marlene was a great baker, a kind/thoughtful person, fun to be with and a second mom to our kids. To me, she was a sister not a sister-in-law. She will be missed but will continue to live in our memory and in our hearts.
