Mark Anthony Smukalla

Left us too soon on April 10, 2014 at the age 56. He is survived by his daughter Erica Dennis (fiancé Keith Koehler), wife Linda Smukalla, grandchildren Dylan, Jade, Landon, mother Dorothy Lesniak, father Richard Smukalla, brothers Curt (Pla) Wolf, Scott (Linda) and Jeff (Denise) Smukalla, “extended family” Adelle Fernandez, Ben Wood, Jessica Schlitz, Vivian Harper, Matt Vrabel, Dave Pigg, and Menia. Mark is also survived by other family members and the most incredible friends he made through his businesses: Treats Tavern, Smokey’s and Gothic Body Tattoo. Special thanks this week to Mikey, Lindsey, Mike and Adelle. Prayer Service 2:30 PM on Saturday April 19 at the Funeral Home, 1901 N. Farwell Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53202. A celebration of Mark’s life to follow at Treats Tavern.

He was loved and will be missed by so many.

I am so sorry for your loss. I would think of Mark and you often, I know that we have lost touch since you and Mark moved back to the city, but I always remember the good times and your house on Phantom. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
