Dear grandmother of Colleen, Claudia, Jeffrey Stephanie, Brian Rochele, Nikki, Jake Donna, Christopher Kelly, Jason, Patrick and Ian. Great grandmother of Landon, Alexa and Nolan. Sister of Joseph Puhek, Sr. Margaret Anne Puhek SSSF, and Eileen Les Hackney. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Wednesday, 4-6:30 PM at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH, 3722 S. 58TH St., with Mass of Christian Burial at 6:30 PM. Private interment.
