Entered into eternal life on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Eugene for 66 years. Dearest mom of Kathleen (Robb) Thoren and William “Bill” (Sheila). Cherished grandma of Arika (Nathan) Kohls, Sarah (Tom) Tobolski, Benjamin (Rita) Heinen, Tim (Alissa) Thoren, and Amanda Thoren. Loving ma of Weston, Ledger, Monroe, and Pierce Kohls, Beaue, Rosalie, and Bear Tobolski, Harper Heinen, and Sloan Thoren. Daughter of the late William and Frieda Kannapinn. Sister-in-law of JoAnn (the late William) Kannapinn, Kathryn (the late Jack) Heinen, Shirley Smith, the late Betty (Ernest) Edwards, the late Audrey (Ted) Drew, and the late Phyllis Heinen. Daughter in law of the late Leopold and Gertrude (nee Damask) Heinen. Also survived by dear friends Connie, Dr. Ronald and Mrs. Cohn, loving nieces Sherry, Sandi, and Bonnie, other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Marian was a dental hygienist. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, travel, theatre, dining out, shopping, playing bridge, and collecting giraffes.
A special thank you to the staff at Clifden Court, Donna the activity director, and Horizon Hospice.
A celebration of Marian’s life will occur on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Oak Creek Assembly of God Church (7311 S. 13th St). Visitation from 3 pm until time of service at 5 pm. Interment at a later date.
