Riteris, Mara

(nee Tenis) Reunited with her beloved husband Andrew on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at the age of 81 years.  Loving mom of Ann and Michael (Tina).  Dear omi of Brittany, Dominic, Alex, Sadie, Elvis and Stella.  Sister-in-law of Dagnia Edgar and cousin of Elize Hoffmann.  Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 19, 2022 from 1PM-2PM at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK, Chapel of the Chimes (13235 W. Capitol Dr.) with a Service at 2PM.  Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Milwaukee Latvian Lutheran Church-Mission Fund appreciated. Mara enjoyed life.  She was a very loving and giving friend to everyone and will be deeply missed.

    Mara was really good to me! She didn’t know me well but treated me as if we’d known one another forever. Her kindness and appreciation for Life are an inspiration! I love that she was a Godly woman as I also am. My heart goes out to Michael, Tina, Elvis, Stella and All of the family!
