Preceded in death by his parents Jack & Fern Kelley and his granddaughter Kelley Gillund.
Loving husband of Gloria for 66 ½ years. Wonderful father of Piper Kelley and Gayla(Mark) Zastrow. Grandfather of Justin(Amanda) Zastrow, Adam Zastrow, Emily Zastrow, and Luke(Rocky) Gillund. Loving brother of Gene Kelley. Also survived by three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Vern was a longtime employee of Ladish Co.
