So sorry for your loss I took care of your father @ the VA when he was on 8th floor. Also spent many days with him on 9 when I would work up on that floor. I went to visit him @ the Jewish Home when he left the first time. He always was so pleasant and he remembered everyone always had a kind word for everyone.

I have always had a special spot in my heart for Leland, He was on 8AS, at the VA Hospital. It was always a pleasure to visit him. A truly wonderful person. We would plan our day that his cares would be for 10 o’clock, which was the time for the The Price is Right, we would get so involved in the show, what wonderful memories during the show and throughout his stay on our unit, I was so glad when he arrived on the 9th floor, I had tears in my eyes when I saw him stand, it was several years that he was unable to do this,
He was so proud of all of his family. My sincere sympathy goes out to all of you. He was loved by so many people.
