nee Pruscha Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Jerry. Loving mother of Kathleen Amedeo Monacelli, Robert Cynthia Dugan, Mary Thomas Boyle, Janet Donald Salamon, Judith Paul Wiesneski, David Lynn Dugan, and Timothy Donna Dugan. Proud Grandma of Rosie, Teddy and Tony Monacelli, Adam and Zak Dugan, Michael, Katie, Molly and Maggie Boyle, Ryan and Allie Salamon, Alicia and Chris Wiesneski, Meghan, Matthew, and Michael Dugan, Erin and Shannon Dugan. Sister-in-law of James the late Jane Dugan. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday 9:30-11:30 AM at ST. GREGORY THE GREAT CHURCH, 60th and Oklahoma, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Private Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

LaVerne was a proud member of St. Greg’s Christian Women, a longtime employee of the Milwaukee School Board and a member of the Slovak Sokol. She also enjoyed golfing with the Swingers League at Greenfield Park.
