Kolby Allen Jett was born December 6, 1992, in Davenport, IA to Sharyne Carpenter. He was brought up in Christian education and graduated high school in 2009. Diagnosed at the age of 9, he made it through 3.5 years of cancer treatments.  After graduating from high school, he served in the United States Army from 2011 through 2013, was stationed in Hawaii and traveled to South Korea and New Zealand. Kolby showed a great passion to serve his country desiring to make his life count.   After serving in the military, Kolby industriously pursued labor intense job opportunities.  Many of his employers really liked Kolby and went out of their way to help him.  They saw his exceptional will and determination.  He was adventurous and very outgoing, making  friends very easily.  Kolby also had a passion for athletic training and building up his physical strength.  He was blessed with a beautiful son, Oliver Allen Jett. He had many aspirations for little Oliver. Kolby departed this life on March 11th, 2022.

Blessed with a beautiful son, Oliver Allen Jett, Son to Sharyne Carpenter.  Brother to Kiel Jett and Uncle to Kiel’s sons, Shawn & Hunter.  Great Nephew to Luella Woods.  Nephew to Suzette (Michael) Hutsell, Brandy Meade, Janel (Nathaniel) Cauwels and Rochelle (Craig) Mosley.  Host of cousins and other loved ones.

Preceded in death by Great Grandmother, Ester Schaeffer.  Grandmother, Pamela Schaeffer.  Grandfather, Dale Schaeffer.  Great Uncle, Joseph Woods.  Uncle, Ron Meade.  Cousin, Gavin Fogle.

He was adventurous, outgoing and made friends everywhere he went!

Visitation Friday, March 18, 2022 at the Heritage Funeral Home 6615 W. Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53219 from 1:00 PM until time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.

    You’ll be forever in my heart and Charles your brother /we love you ! And we will miss you Kolby forever . .I’m great full that we just saw you and we had a little fun that day. And you hugged me goodbye. I just wish it wasn’t our last goodbye . Your brother Charles is really taking this hard he loves you so much .Rip we love you and we’ll check up on your Mother now and then ! Rest peacefully ox
