Kay Marie Owen

(nee Welch) Passed into eternal life on December 7, 2023 age 81 years.  Kay is survived by her husband Harmon- Tom, the love of her life of 57 years, her children Renee (Jake) and Tommy (Jennifer), granddaughters Haley and Kailyn and nieces and nephews.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alys Welch and her siblings James, Alfred, Eugene, Marcella, John and Kent.

Kay was adored by everyone and always saw the good in people.  She loved to hit the Casino and buy the newest scratch off.   She loved animals and looking out at nature’s creatures. She loved shopping for her family- especially her Granddaughters.

She was an asset working in medical billing and was loved by all.   Following retirement, she enjoyed her life in Florida and looking out at the water.  Her highlight was shopping for everyone with her amazing friends.  There, she made many memories and had incredible happiness.

Special thanks to her family and friends that have reached out during her recent health struggles.
