I just learned of Kathy’s passing when my birthday text to her did not go through. Kathy was a niece to Joe Kertz, who was married to one of my dad’s cousins, Marion. There were precious memories of times spent with Kathy and the Kertzs’. Kathy was like their daughter. She was so helpful. I got to visit Kathy at the Woods on one of my Wis trips.
