Karol Harry, a proud Mom of two, Grandma of three, Sister to ten, and faithful friend to many, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, March 19th, 2022.
She will long be remembered as a person who loved serving her church, her family, and her community. She took great pride in her early career as a medical nurse, and later on, as a school nurse. Karol’s devotion to her faith was paramount in her life, and she happily gave her heart and soul to each of the churches she was a part of. Her many years of volunteer work for the Channel 10/36 Auction are revered by many members of our Milwaukee community. Her love for music was life-long, beginning with Elvis and continuing on through the enthusiastic attendance of all three of her grandsons’ various musical performances. Karol, well known for her fierce competitiveness, was an avid bowler herself, and could often be seen cheering supportively for her son and grandsons at their soccer matches. She thoroughly cherished her time with family, and attending her siblings’ family reunions gave her some of the brightest and happiest moments to reminisce about, throughout her 81 years. Our Karol (with a “K”!) will be missed and remembered, always.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 3rd, at the Mother of Perpetual Help Parish, 2322 South 106th Street, West Allis, WI 53214. Visitation from 11am-1pm, with Service to start at 1pm.
