Karen E. Tutkowski

Karen (nee Melzer)) was reunited with her beloved husband of 55 years, Michael K. Tutkowski on Sunday, April 6, 2025 age 82 years.

Loving mother of Mark (Janet). Proud grandmother of David. Dear sister of Marcia (Tom) Cerzan. Sister-in-law of Merrie (John) Casper and Jayne Houghton. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, May 3 from 1-2 pm at HOLY APOSLES CHURCH, 16000 W. National Avenue New Berlin, WI 53151.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 2:00 pm. Interment in Holy Apostles Church cemetery.

Karen once worked at Briggs & Stratton Corporation (like many in our family did) as well as being one of the first “Avon Ladies ” in New Berlin. Michael and Karen loved their home, pool, and yard on Vista Drive. It was a fantastic place to live. Their only son, Mark, has many fond memories of growing up there and all the fun that was had!

Karen’s family would also like to say thank you to the wonderful people @ St. Croix Hospice (Savannah, Mellisa, Andy Father John, et al) and the wonderful people @ The Bay of Muskego Nursing home (Jennifer, Mandy (both of them), Patty, Tyrone, et al).
