Jonathan W. R. Ellsworth

Jon died March 18th, 2023 at age 58 reuniting with his only love and soulmate, Laurie Berg, his uncle Richard LaVesser, and his beloved grandparents, Margaret and Gilbert LaVesser.  Survived by his mother Susan Elle, his uncle Thomas LaVesser (Lydia), his sister Otter Mervyn, his sister’s partners Eric Mauer and Teresa Gregory, and his close friend David McCune.  Jon was talented in multiple arts in which he created landscaping, carpentry, and his main passion, playing bass guitar with various bands, most recently Debacle.  He also played with the Fugawees and with his two uncles in .357 Magnum.  He will be missed.

Visitation to take place Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME (3801 S. Howell Ave, Milwaukee) with a service to follow. Private burial Monday at Woodlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Wisconsin Humane Society or Alzheimer’s Association Wisconsin Chapter.
