Reunited with his loving wife Marjorie (nee Klau) and children J.P. and Jerrold on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 age 90 years. Loving father of Jackie (Sam) Browning and Jay (Sandy) Palokonis. Further surviving are 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Private interment Forest Home Cemetery. Please check back as a memorial gathering and service will be planned at a later date.

My Dad, Joe Kotarak would love to be notified when Jacks celebration of life.is. They were life long friends. Jack stood up for Joes wedding! He tried calling this number 414-238-8428 but there was no Jackie there. You all have our families condolences. I last saw Jack at my house for my parents surprise 40th anniversary. What a fun man.

I enjoyed our trips to the Hard Rock Casino to gamble. But he and I had more fun talking and eating. He would always pocket as much ham as he could. The next time we went I brought him a couple zip lock bags and my larger purse. We laughed over that all the time. Jack was also in the Hernando Wisconsin Club with my husband and I for many years.
