Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Age 72. Loving husband of Kathy (nee Synowicz). Brother of Jerry (Nancy) and the late Tom (Marlene). Brother-In-Law of Joanne (Jerry) Noll, Jerry (Juan) Synowicz. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends, and loving cats.

Visitation Sunday, October 12th at the FUNERAL HOME from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Funeral Mass 10:30AM Monday, October 13th at St. Mary’s Catholic Faith Community 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. (Family and Friends please meet at church).

Jack was inducted into Southeastern Wisconsin Hall of Fame Short-Track Driver in 2013.
