Jeffrey A. Henderson

Remembering Jeff means celebrating a life lived on his own terms. Jeff was born in Milwaukee and attended Case High School in Racine, Jeff was never one to follow the crowd. He carved his own path, guided by a quiet confidence and a steadfast sense of purpose.

As a brother to Hope (Dean) Mazur, Dawn (Ralph) Nitschke, and Skip (Carolyn) Henderson, and an uncle to Tom, Rheanna, Sarah, Genevieve, Rachel, Rebecca, Kayle, Skipper, and Samantha, Jeff was a source of strength and inspiration. His family will always remember the best of him—his loyalty, his humor, and the way he made each person feel valued.

Jeff served his country during the Vietnam War, stationed in Germany, where he took great pride in his role at an Army Radar Station. He approached service with the same independent spirit that defined his life, always doing things his way and making a difference in his own unique style.

Though Jeff has left this world, his legacy endures in the hearts of those who loved him. The family will remember the best of Jeff: his courage, his individuality, and the memories that will forever bring smiles and comfort.

A committal service follow by military honors will take place on Thursday, February 12th, at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI 53182).  The committal service will begin promptly at 11am. Please meet at the main office at 10:45am.
