O’Malley, Jay Curtis. Born to Eternal Life, April 14th, 2014, age 53. Special Friend of Judi Anderson. Father of Patrick O’Malley. Son of John and Mary O’Malley. Brother of Jerri Lee O’Malley and James (Shelley Mogielnicki) O’Malley. Uncle of Kaitlin and Tyler. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday, April 25th, 2014 from 10am to 12pm at THE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service to follow, at 12:30pm.
