Janet lived her life with deep faith, a loving heart, and an appreciation for life’s simple joys. She poured her creativity into her drapery business, sharing her love of sewing with so many. She also devoted more than ten years to teaching Sunday school and ministering adults with disabilities, touching the lives of her students and their families in countless meaningful ways. In her quiet moments, Janet enjoyed reading her Bible, and listening to the music she loved—especially Elvis and her favorite gospel hymns. She also delighted in the little things, like her special fondness for Hershey chocolate.
Above all, her faith in Jesus was the greatest treasure of her life. Her greatest joy was her beloved husband, children, and grandchildren, who filled her heart with love and purpose. She will be remembered for the faith she cherished, the love she gave so freely, and the special memories she created with those she held dear. Her life was a beautiful reflection of her love for the Lord and her family, a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Wisconsin Lions Camp for children with special needs in Janet’s memory.
