Kirsten…I’m very sorry to hear about your mother, It has been so very long since I’ve seen her. Your grandfather and my dad we classmates at Dr. Martin Luther College. My dad’s name was Ben Boese. He was born in Fairmont Minn, so. it seemed when I was young, we would have to make the trip to Fairmont every summer. Several times, on the way back, we would swing over to New Ulm to visit the Albrecht’s….oh, so many kids running around that small house. My name is Stuart (Skip) Boese, I live in New London Wisconsin… My e-mail is I hope you get this message. I’m sure you mom is singing praises to the Lord face to face….He is Risen…..God Bless you and your family

Kirsten, I am very sorry to hear of your mom’s death. I’ve known her since 7th grade when your grandfather came to the Seminary. We graduated from grade school, high school and college together, plus I’d talk to her at teacher’s conventions. I know you will miss her, but please find comfort in knowing she in in the arm’s of her Savior. How fortunate your children are to have had her in their lives!

Kirsten, your mom and dad welcomed me to Owosso 41 years ago. I taught second grade in the classroom where your mother taught until she “sort-of” retired Your mom loved to sing and play tricks on other members of the faculty. I really enjoy a cup of tea each morning. One day when I arrived at school I found a HUGE tea bag hanging right over my desk. It would have made one giant sized cup of tea.
We were all so happy when you became part of their family.
We know your mom is no longer in pain and that she is with her Savior and ours. We will see her again. May the Lord hold you in His protecting arms.
