Passed away Sunday September 25, 2011, age 25 years. Loving mother of Jashawn and Carmen. Loving friend of Deonta Webb, Dana and Jenni. Dear daughter of Kathy Samuel Salazar, and Mark Trudel. Sister of Katie Heffner and Marissa Harmon. Dear niece of Jeanine Heffner, Yvonne Terry Chojnacki. Also survived by the Salazar Family, Trudel Family, other friends, and the Ho Chunk Nation.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday at the Funeral Home at 11:30am. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 10am until the time of service. Interment at Highland Memorial Park.
