Passed away on Thursday, November 25th, 2021 at age 94.
Beloved wife of the late Merlin M. Werner. Loving mother of Steven (Jane Ashley), Bridget (David), Douglas (Kim), Anne (Steven), Lori (Ken) and Mark (Kathy). Dear grandmother of John (Sarah), Susan (Henry), Robert (Jill), Bridget (Brad), Brad, Emily (Randy), Libby, Michael (Justine) and Max (Claire). Great grandmother of Ethan, Henry, Olivia, Emerson, Emily, Nathan, Ruby, and Evelyn. Daughter of Bridget and Isadore Bednarek. Sister of Thomas (Georgia), Eugene (Franie), Barbara (Frank), Doris (Jim), David (Jane), Julie (Rich) and Francis (Joannie). Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Faith Community.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 3rd at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community (9520 W. FOREST HOME AVE, HALES CORNERS) from 10:30 am – 11:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm.

Love you, Grams. A true source of matriarchal love, laughter, and wisdom throughout my life. In your honor, I’ll be eating meatballs and peanut butter cookies, drinking fuzzy navals…and (begrudgingly, as a Badger) rooting for Marquette on Saturday.
