James Brian
Havlicek

Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2020 at the age of 58

Cherished husband and best friend of Cheryl Ann. Loving father to Brian (Lisa), Sheree and Joey. Dear grandfather of Mason, Arihanna, Ben and Luna. Beloved son of Jim (deceased) and Sue Havlicek. Brother of Greg (Gayle) and Donna (Joe) Marcil. Son-in-law of Daniel (deceased) and Jean Bystra. Brother-in-law of Dana Michaels and Craig (Julie) Bystra. Devoted dada to his fur babies Frannie and Guinness. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jim helped build H&H Power Equipment with his brother Greg from the ground up. His mechanical and management skills allowed them to expand the company multiple times over the years.

Jim was a builder, a tinkerer, a designer, and a problem solver. He loved nothing better than to go into his workshop and create something new or repair something that others had given up on.

He loved quiet and peaceful pleasures: fishing on a warm summer’s day, taking long weekend drives with his wife exploring Wisconsin, sampling new restaurants, playing with his beloved pets, re-watching favorite movies, and simply spending time with those he loved. He also enjoyed trying new hobbies, such as photography and painting.

He was a funny, loyal, brave, smart, and amazing person, adored by his family and friends. He will be missed deeply.

A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at a later date.

The hardest thing to deal with is the loss of the center of your life (husband, best friend).. Jim will be missed for so many things and by so many people.
