Passed away peacefully October 15, 2012 at the age of 73. Best friend and husband of Dolores. Loving father of Ronald Fuller, Charlotte A. Rakers and the late Janet Marie Fuller. Grandfather of Miranda Rakers, James Rakers and Casey Rakers. Father in law of Michael T. Rakers. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday at the FUNERAL HOME from 4-7 PM with a service to follow at 7 PM. James will be cremated and his ashes will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet in the near future. James loved fishing, bowling, golfing, playing the slots and spending time with his grandchildren as well as traveling up north and sight seeing with Dolores.
