Sunday, July 20, 2025 at the age of 73. Loving husband of Maria Townsend. Dear father of Marcus J. Williams, Tobias T. Bartee, Ebony D. Townsend, Angela Yamat and Elizabeth Yamat. Grandfather of Justis J. Williams, Tobias T. Bartee II, Aiden Townsend, Lennox R. Pineda, Tyllor S. Townsend, Kaneysha G. Ashley, Alexis D. Bartee, Kelah J. Bartee, Aiden Townsend, Krystanna L. Bartee. Brother of Larry Townsend, Dorothy Townsend, and Pamela Townsend. Further survived by a great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
Isom was preceded in death by his parents Tom Townsend and Georgia Townsend-Henderson, his brother Tommy Townsend Jr, his son Shannon Paradowicz-Townsend, and a host of other uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family appreciated.
Visitation Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Heritage Funeral Home 9200 South 27th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154 from 12:00 pm until time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.

I remember being sent to Diego Garcia by the US Navy in 1979. It’s a small Island in the Indian Ocean owned by England. To my surprise, Isom was already on the Island. He was a Radio man in the US Navy. It’s a small world. We had fun touring the Island and reminiscing about family.
