Called to the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011, age 91 years. Beloved husband of Helen nee Lange. Dear father of Robert Carol, Diane and the late Gary Brunner. Loving grandfather of Paula Brunner and Beth Greg Schauer. Brother of Marcella Ikeler, Beulah Brost, the late Roger Brunner, and the late Olive Schuster. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service Monday, August 22, 2011, 6 PM at ST. PAULS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7821 W. Lincoln Ave, the Rev. Greg Stanton officiating. Interment Highland Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation Monday at the Church from 4 PM until time of Service 6 PM.

Howard and Helen owned and operated the A&W on 46th St & Forest Home Ave. for many years, and enjoyed his work as a counselor in SCORE. Howard was also an Army/Air Force veteran of WWII. If so desired, memorials to St. Pauls Lutheran Church greatly appreciated.
