I have fond memories of my Great Aunt Gwen – the funny, “hip” sister of my Grandma Gert. My sincere sympathy to all.

Dear David, Danny and families,
We send our deepest sympathy and love. Your Mom was so special to us, and we have so many fond memories of times spent with your Mom & Dad. Your mother is in a better place, however it is very difficult in life to lose a parent You are in our thoughts, we are sorry we cannot be with you. Please say hello to your family for us. Let the happy memories replace the sadness in your hearts. Love, Roger & Ruthie

Dear David & Dan and your Families,
My love and sympathy to you all on Aunt Gwen’s death. The loss of a parent is so difficult, a piece of your life is gone. But, my first thought of Gwen’s death was one of joy. I can picture her in heaven with not only Bob, but her sisters I know my Mom, Dina, is now elated to have her younger sister with her, brothers, and of course Grandma and Grandpa LaLonde. What a party they are having!! I’d love to be able to hear their conversations, I’m sure it will be an “all-nighter”.
Aunt Gwen was both my Godmother and my daughter Betsy’s. She was her own person, always stylish, funny, and one to admire. We have so many wonderful memories, they will bring us much happiness as we remember her life.
Love,
Sue

Dear Aunt Gwen,
Because I was only 7 years younger, I kiddingly used to call you AUNT Gwen when we were “out on the town.” And you’d always say “don’t call me ‘aunt’ in public”! What good times we had with you and Uncle Bob. Now you are with your beloved husband and say hi to mine!–
My sympathy to David and Dan and their families.
My Love, your niece, Maryce
