Entered eternal life on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at “age 39 and holding”. Beloved dad to Kurt and Nicole (Chris) Scharpf. Loving papi to Mimi. Wonderful and appreciated brother to Kathleen “honeygirl” (Richard) Stopczynski. Dear uncle to Diane Stopczynski and Suzie Porter and family. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. 
Gregg loved to talk to people and tell stories. He was a happy and fun person to be around even if he did arrive late to gatherings. 
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 from 10 am-10:45 am at HOLY APOSTLES CHURCH (16000 W. National Ave. New Berlin) with a Mass to follow at 11 am.

    My cousin, Greg, was unique his entire life. As kids, we visited Mary and Sonny but Greg was always ” out”. His dad’s explanation- ” that Gregory”..
    As adults, I spent more time with him, when he moved to Milwaukee from Naples, Fla.
    His cavalier ways were bound but his concern for his children and grands were always paramount. Health issues were always around so he’d take time with them as he had to. I’ll miss his friendship, comerardery and conversation. He was always up for golf, a Brewer game or meeting to watch sports over refreshment.
