Grace Pyle (nee Ingrelli),85, of Wausau, WI was called home to God & her infant son, Billy Wednesday Nov. 24, 2010 at Wausau Manor under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services.

Grace was born December 25, 1924 in Milwaukee , the youngest daughter of the late Carmello and Grace Ingrelli. Grace moved to Wausau in 2005 after 80 years on Astor St. in Milwaukee to be near her daughter and son-in-law. Her move took tremendous courage.

She had worked at Milprint, then raised her daughter while providing care for her mother until her death. Grace retired from Western Leather on Milwaukee’s eastside. She was a member of St. Rita’s Catholic Church and belonged to the Christian Women’s Society.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Christina (Tom) Ketchum, Wausau; sister Viola Knoppa , Milwaukee and many nieces, nephews and friends. Even though Grace had only one daughter she had the love and support of the Applegate and Wausau Manor staff in Wausau.

She was preceded in death by her son, William Thomas Pyle; sisters Rose Guiffre, Nancy White, Mary Sikorski; brothers Tony, Joseph Ingrelli and Connor Ingrelli.

Visitation will be Sunday Nov. 28, 2010 from 4-7p.m. at the Brainard Funeral Home 522 Adams St., Wausau. Grace will return home to Milwaukee with visitation on Monday Nov. 29, 2010 from 4-7 at the Suminski / Weiss Funeral Home, 1901 N. Farwell Ave., Milwaukee. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday Nov. 30, 2010 at Three Holy Women Catholic Parish- St. Rita’s Church, 1601 Cass St., Milwaukee. Fr. Tim L. Kitzke will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee immediately following the Mass.
