Passed away April 17, 2015 at the age of 48. Born on May 4, 1966 in Milwaukee, WI. Preceded in death by his mother Kathleen Marie Kozinski and son Bruce Lee Kozinski. He leaves behind his three daughters; Candice (Youssef) Hajji of Milwaukee, Amanda Chapman of Sheboygan and Kristina Chapman of Milwaukee. Grandchild Anir Hajji and his father Donald Kozinski of Shawano. Brothers Kenny Weid of Milwaukee, Joe Fritz (Renee) Kozinski of Shawano, Donald Jr. (Nikki) Kozinski of Milwaukee, sisters Dawn (Randy) Reyes of Shawano, Connie (Jerry) Kozinski of Shawano, Lynn Kieliszewski of Shawano, Joy (Bob) Wojak of Mountain and Gail Hoeppner of Milwaukee. Also survived by his best friend Robert Rosek. Glen was loved and will be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation Friday May 1, 2015 at the FUNERAL HOME FOR 4-7PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers Memorials to Amanda Chapman appreciated.
