I met Gladys while playing bingo with my Mother-In-Law (Betty Janczak) at the Hales Corners Care Center. Her bright smile welcomed our conversation which I looked forward to every Tuesday. Even after my Mother-In-Law passed away I occasionally came back for a bingo visit and conversation with her. My fondest memory of Gladys was her comment when I would ask, “how are you doing?” Her response, “if I was doing any better I wouldn’t be here!” My thoughts and prayers go out to her family, and my memories of a lovely lady will remain.
