Feleccia, Geraldine O.,

Geraldine was born and raised in Tomahawk, WI, and resided in the Greendale area for over 30 years.

Underneath the spreading chestnut tree, there she said she’d marry me deedle eedle deet dee et deet dee… the spreading chestnut tree. This sums up Geraldine Feleccia. She loved poems and rhymes and reciting favorite tunes to her children and grandchildren. She was a kind hearted, selfless woman who dropped out of 12th grade to take care of her Mother and went back a year later to graduate. She had many friends, rode on the back of Harleys and met the love of her life by chance from a misdialed phone call. She mothered two beautiful and successful children and grand mothered and nurtured 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She went above and beyond for her family and her church. Being involved in the church board, quilting as well as other Faith related activities was extremely important to her. She worked hard, loved hard and prayed hard. Some of her additional greatest accomplishments were: she was an Eastern Star, a Girl Scout Leader and Entrepreneur. Amazing and remarkable are an understatement. She had the most amazing ability to lift your spirit with love and kindness. Her chocolate chip cookies and spaghetti sauce were unmatched and fought after. Some of her many interests were Robert Redford movies, Pavarotti, Kitty cats, crossword puzzles, circle a word, scrabble and Uno. Her smile and laugh were contagious and will be greatly missed.

“Good night our beautiful beloved Angel”
