The Southside Cruisers Car Club with to extend our sympathies to George’s entire family. For many years we enjoyed his company on Saturdays for their weekly car shows. RIP GEORGE

You don’t know me, but I thought I’d share a special memory of George. The very first time a friend and I had ever been to the restaurant, we had the pleasure of having a conversation with George while we ate our lunch. Once he found out it was our first visit, he disappeared for a short while and returned with two dishes of the flavor of the day. Of course we were told we couldn’t eat them until we finished our lunch. :). That was a very nice gesture to two complete strangers. I can’t imagine what a great person he was to the people he knew and loved. I will never forget his simple gesture and have visited again many times with my family. God Bless George’s family and friends in this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Georgies passing. Deepest sympathy to his family. Many good memories of him at the restraunt.

My wife and I just learned of George’s passing while at the shop in Racine. George instilled an ethic to his family, children, and the community that if you have a dream, you can really make it happen. Truly, his time here was a gift from God. We will miss him, but the Lord and Saints above are going to eating well with Georgie up there behind that big grill in the sky.
