Felicia
Mirzejewski

Mirzejewski, Felicia Nee – Selin
Peacefully passed away on Monday, July 7, 2008, surrounded by the love of her family after a courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. She was 85 years young. Preceded in death by her loving husband Julian Bud. Theirs was a love affair that lasted 59 years on earth; yet, will endure for eternity in heaven.

Loved and cherished by her five daughters, Julie-Anne Jim Mikolajek, Cris Selin, Terri Bill Michels, Marybeth Dan Gruenewald, and Michele Felice Robert Bohlmann. Treasured Grandma of David Mikolajek, JJ Lisa O’Farrell, Michael Tracy Baumann, Greg Alisa Baumann, Dan Jennifer Baumann, Brian Mikolajek, Aimee Daniel Jorjani, Maxwell and Halena Bohlmann. Fond Great-Grandma to Allison, Maya, Kayla, Madeline, Aidan, Zachary, Nickolas, Alex and Olivia.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Pauline Selin. Dearest sister to the late Alfons Jayne Selin, the late Celia Dumbeck and the late Elizabeth Znidorka. Special sister-in- law of the late Harriet Wolf. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Felicia always stated her vocation in life was to raise her five daughters. She truly enjoyed her career and took pride in all of her daughters’ accomplishments. Felicia loved her daughters unconditionally, gentle yet strong, tireless and devoted, always ready with kisses and hugs. She comforted them when they hurt; she taught them grace and patience. She enjoyed spending time with her husband Bud by bowling in several senior couples leagues. When Bud’s health no longer allowed him to bowl, he became her unofficial “coach” and gave her pointers when she bowled in several ladies Coffee Klatch leagues.

She enjoyed Bingo, would never turn down a game of “Grandma’s Rummy”, was happy taking casino bus trips with her Bud, and loved all the family vacations especially those in Door County.

Her daughters and other family members will receive relatives and friends at ST. VERONICA CHURCH, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave. Milwaukee on Friday July 11th from 3PM until the celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial at 6:00 PM. Private Interment at Holy Apostles Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Felicia’s name to the Zilber Family Hospice, 1155 Honey Creek Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
