Evelyn Martha Bauer (nee Fiedler) found peace in God’s loving arms on January 20, 2022, age 96. Loving mother of Robin and Todd. Preceded in death by her parents William and Amelia Fiedler (nee Hopperdietzel), her beloved husband Robert, and her dearly loved siblings and in-laws Caroline (Raymond) Urban; Florence (Edward Haehlke) (Harry) Brandt; Earl (Ruth) Fiedler; Erna (Albert) Reichert; Violet (Robert) Bates; and Harold (Virginia) Bauer. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 26, at Woodlawn Evangelical Lutheran Church (2217 S. 99th Street West Allis) from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. with funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Internment at Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin.

I was sorry to hear the news of your Mom’s passing. I have so many great memories of the times our families were together growing up. Your Mom helped me learned to sew. Her sewing skills were unsurpassed. I still have the beautiful decorative crib quilts she made for our sons 40 years ago. I think of your Mom when I see my grandchildren enjoying them in the reading nook we have under our stairwell.
My Mom died on January 21, 2021, I am picturing Mom reuniting with your parents, reminiscing, and sharing laughs,
