Our beautiful angel was lifted up by the Lord and reunited with her loved ones in Heaven on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the age of 1 ½ years. Beloved daughter of Cheyenne Jackson and Brad Matousek. Loving niece of Autumn, Vanessa, Chrystal, Kalia and Nick. Dear granddaughter of Todd and Georgia. Goddaughter of Leroy and Jen. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation, Wednesday at the FUNERAL HOME from 11AM-1PM with a Funeral Service at 1PM. Interment St. Adalberts Cemetery.
