NeeKosrog After a long and wonderful life, Elsie Louise Ott died on Friday, April 13, 2012. She was born in Ely, MN May 19, 1914 to Slovenian immigrants, Ludwig and Elsie Louise Schuster. She married Arthur Ott in 1938. He preceded her in death in 1992. She is survived by Janet Fedenia, the youngest of her five siblings. Sisters and brothers Blanche Schwab, Albert, Kenneth, and Margaret Wilk preceded her in death. She is also survived by her son, Donald and his wife Janet. Her daughter Kathleen died in 2002. Elsie Ott had two grandchildren, Denise Thomas Shircel and DuaneMegan Ott. She had seven great grandchildren, Tyler, Amy and Cora Shircel and Nicholas, Madelyn, Brady and Kennedy Ott, and many nieces and nephews.

She valued many friends and neighbors. Her relationship with the people and leaders of First United Methodist Church West Allis for more than 50 years were especially enriching. She had ties of friendship and service through the Craft Group, United Methodist Women and the Senior League. Palmer House at Manor Park was her home the past two years.
A private interment will occur at Highland Memorial Park. A Memorial Service will be held on her 98th birthday, May 19, with particulars to be announced.
