Thaddeus Edward Konwent, ”Edward”
entered into eternal life Sunday March 11, 2001 at the age of 69. Born April 3, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI. to Parents Thaddeus Konwent and Lottie Kopczynski. He attended Kewaskum High School. Later in Life he married Elaine V. Wnuk, Nov. 15, 1952 in Greenfield, WI who Died Dec. 23, 1977. He then remarried to Peggy Wegner Jan. 20, 1979, in Milwaukee, WI. During the earlier years of marrige he resided in Milwaukee, WI. and owned and operated the Honey Lane Kennels with his family, then to his present home of 17years in Sussex, WI. Edward was a machinist by trade and worked most recently at Howe Industries. Edward was a member of Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, Vice President and Board member of Kettle Morraine Kennel Club, Show Rounds Chairman , a founding member of Midwest Borzoi Kennel Club and the owner of Konwent & Sons Machining and Woodworking.
Edward is survived by his wife Peggy nee Wegner Sons Eric Debbie of Sullivan, WI and Thaddeus ”Ted” of Sussex, WI. Daughters Joy Kuhnke of West Bend and Julie Rick Hahn of Phoenix, AZ. Grandchildren Becky Steve May of West Bend, Landon of Tenn. and the late Shelly Kuhnke ”1997” Great Grandchildren Gabriel and Seth. Brothers and Sisters George ”Nick” Rita of Washington, Diane Clay Denny of Florida, Anita Reilly of Plymouth and the late Patsy Larry Reilly of Cascade. Sister in Law Susie Gary Stimac of Montom, Tx. Mother and Father in law Jeanette and Erwin Wegner Heartfelt friend Bob Howe of Howe Industries. Also survived by the Rygiewicz, Buske and Konwent families, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. Edward will be deeply missed by all the people he touched throughout his lifetime. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family appreciated.
