May 26, 1958 – August 15, 2020.
Cherished father of Amy L. Duggan and Andrew J. Duggan. Proud grandfather of Andrew Duggan, Jr., Isaiah A. Sartin and Liam P. Duggan. Loving son of Patricia (nee Jemberg) and the late Charles Duggan. Dear brother of Timothy Duggan and the late Charles Duggan. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Family and friends will gather Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Niemann / Suminski Funeral Home, 2486 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53207, from 11:00 AM until time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon.

This man will always be the love of my life. We moved in together in 1993 and married on Oct. 31st, 1997, Ed was my trick or treat and trick or treat he was. There was never a dull moment around Edward Duggan.
He was a father to my granddaughter, Chelsea Hibler. He raised her from the time she was born she never knew another father but him and he loved her dearly. and she loved him.
Edward Duggan was a good man with a heart of gold. I am not mentioned in his obituary nor Chelsea but that is okay we knew we were family.
My name is Tammie Duggan. The marriage ended in 2018 but the friendship and love we share is eternal. No one can ever take the memories. Life was exciting with Ed. He had a great sense of humor. He was a hard-working man. And of course, he loved his beer. He loved his family and to Ed Duggan …. Tammie Duggan and Chelsea Hibler were family and would always be and he will always be family to us. I miss you, Edward Duggan. Needless to say, this is the season I think of you the most. Happy Anniversary my love.
